Flounder are unique and fascinating saltwater fish that are known for their peculiar shape and lifestyle. They have a flat body and both eyes are located on one side of their head. This unique structure allows them to lie flat on the ocean floor while they wait for prey. They are bottom-dwelling fish that are found in ocean waters around the world.
